Rose Mary Prosecco Rosé Millesimato 2020 is the first prosecco rosé in the Rose Mary range. It is made from Glera grapes, specific to the prosecco recipe. To obtain the rose color, it is blended with Pinot Noir wine. The fermentation process takes longer than that of a traditional prosecco (60 days for the prosecco rosé versus 30 days).
Rose Mary Prosecco Rosé is a harmonious, fresh and fruity prosecco. It is ideal as an appetizer, but can also accompany the main dishes from fish and light meats.
