Elderflower Liqueur, created by Edinburgh Gin, is distilled using the best native ingredients, sourced locally from the rural landscapes surrounding Edinburgh. Subtle but also complexe, this floral liqueur is made with freshly picked elderflowers.
During the summer elderflowers are hand-picked in full bloom and then infused with our classic Edinburgh Gin. The flowers are then left to macerate for a month for complete extraction of the aroma.
